Spoons Restaurant Complex

A restaurants complex consisting of a lower basement used as a car park and upper basement with a total built-up area of 4,000 m² used as a fully equipped central kitchen. The ground floor level with a total height of 11 meters contains 10 different restaurants.

The project is served by a fire protection system, ventilation system for basements, air conditioning facilities, cold stores for central kitchen, central gas system for hot kitchen, and all plumbing and electrical services. Completed in 2010.
