Structural Engineering Company
The founding division of SEC Group, the Structural Engineering Company handles full-spectrum construction services — from foundation engineering to structural completion and finishing works.
Our portfolio spans commercial towers, luxurious residential complexes, and landmark public buildings across Kuwait. We undertake engineering, procurement, installation and construction (EPIC) projects with an emphasis on quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Key projects include the Four Angles twin towers in Sabah Al-Salem (7,000 m²), Fatima Tower in Salmiya (84 flats across 16 floors), and the Hamad Al-Mubarak luxury residential building.
SEC Interiors
SEC Interiors delivers premium interior fit-out solutions for commercial, hospitality, and residential projects. From concept design through procurement, installation, and handover, we create interiors that inspire.
Our work includes the award-winning Dar Hamad restaurant (4,092 m²) — one of the most remarkable buildings in Kuwait showcasing heritage treated in a modern way — as well as the Joori Restaurant in Jabriya and the Kuwait Building lobby finishes across 37 floors.
We specialize in luxury finishes, custom furniture integration, and turnkey interior delivery.
SEC Carpentry
SEC Carpentry is our dedicated woodworking and joinery division, specializing in bespoke architectural millwork, custom cabinetry, and fine furniture fabrication.
From ornate traditional Kuwaiti design elements to sleek contemporary finishes, our craftspeople work with the finest materials to deliver woodwork that meets exacting specifications. Every piece is precision-crafted in our workshop and installed by our specialist fitting teams.
Our carpentry work is integral to many of SEC Group's flagship projects, including the heritage-inspired woodwork at Dar Hamad and custom fittings across our residential towers.
SEC EMEC
SEC EMEC handles all electromechanical engineering services — HVAC systems, plumbing, fire protection, electrical installations, and specialized systems for complex facilities.
Our EMEC team has delivered critical building services for high-rise residential towers, large-scale restaurant complexes, and health clubs. Notable work includes the complete MEP systems for the Spoons Restaurants Complex in Al-Mahboula, including the fully equipped central kitchen, ventilation systems, cold stores, and central gas systems.
We also provided complete fire protection and air conditioning systems for the Oxygen Health Club and all MEP services for the Four Angles towers.
